David Engleberg is a real estate developer and investor with Paragon Investments.

Prior, he served on the Board of Directors and as Senior Vice President of one of the nation’s largest publicly traded health maintenance organization, Frontier Community Health Plans.

Mr. Engleberg received bachelor of arts and master of business administration degrees from the University of Utah.

He has served as a Board member for numerous nonprofit organizations including List College (New York City), the United Jewish Appeal, Allied Jewish Federation of Denver, Jewish Publication Society, and the University of Denver Center for Judaic Studies.
